Instructions

• Simply search for the goods you are after by filling in the "Product 'Keyword Combination' Search" above. You can go straight to your target product by using brand name, product type, application etc in the one search (eg. DMM carabiner eye) NOTE: Don't use the words 'and' or 'or' when searching.
• OR start shopping by putting your cursor over the big red "start browsing here" window above , and simply follow the category drop-down pathway to the final refined list.
• Once the products appear, begin to fill your shopping cart by clicking on the box under the "Select" column, and be sure to specify "Colour" and "Quantity".
• At the bottom of the page, click on the blue "Order Selected Products" button. This will place the products into your shopping cart. Either keep shopping or go to the "Checkout".
• If you are a first time user you'll be prompted to enter your details, otherwise, just put in your last name and email address and your account details will appear.
• All major credit cards are accepted, and if you already have an account arrangement with Vertical Innovations, you will still be able to submit your shopping cart order for processing.
